Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe de DevOps, promovendo organização e colaboração
  • Apoiar o time no dia a dia, removendo impedimentos e promovendo boas práticas
  • Conduzir reuniões de lições aprendidas e aplicar melhoria contínua nos processos
  • Reportar progresso, riscos e resultados para gestão
  • Garantir o atingimento dos objetivos técnicos e operacionais da área
  • Atuar como ponte entre times de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e gestão
  • Garantir alta disponibilidade, performance e confiabilidade de ambientes produtivos.
  • Atuar na resolução de incidentes críticos, análise de causa raiz e prevenção.
  • Promover cultura DevOps e práticas ágeis em toda a organização.
  • Avaliar e recomendar ferramentas e tecnologias para melhorar os fluxos de entrega e operação.
  • Garantir compliance com políticas de segurança da informação e governança de dados.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com times de segurança, engenharia e produto.

Requisitos Técnicos:

  • Experiência sólida com ambientes Linux, Windows, Tecnologias Java, WebLogic, Apache e Oracle;
  • Conhecimento prático em Azure e ferramentas de CI/CD como Jenkins, GitHub Actions;
  • Conhecimento em Versionamento & GitOps: Git, fluxos GitOps;
  • Familiaridade com Contêineres e Orquestração: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE);
  • Fluência em inglês.

Desejável:

  • Conhecimento em infraestrutura como código;
  • Conversação em Espanhol.
