About the role : We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to help scale autobrush across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces. You’ll report directly to our Head of Retention and own the daily rhythm of operations — managing inventory, coordinating suppliers, forecasting demand, and keeping products flowing smoothly from factory to customer. This is a hands-on role with real impact. You’ll manage day-to-day logistics and forecasting while also supporting broader operational projects that keep autobrush running efficiently. That could include streamlining fulfillment workflows, improving data visibility, or helping execute light IP protection tasks across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Meta. One day you’ll be aligning forecasts and supplier timelines; the next, you’ll be improving how teams collaborate around launches or inventory planning. You’ll work closely with our suppliers, 3PL, and cross-functional teams to make sure everything stays on time, in stock, and under control. The ideal candidate thrives on organization and problem-solving, moves fast, and takes ownership across whatever needs to get done. You’ll be a key partner to the Head of Retention in keeping operations efficient, scalable, and ready for growth. You are: An owner who takes full responsibility for outcomes and drives results Experienced in eCommerce operations and supply chain management across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces Skilled at forecasting demand and translating revenue projections into clear, actionable inventory and supplier plans Data obsessed and precise in how you measure, analyze, and act Familiar with the tools that power modern eCommerce operations and supply chain management A relentless optimizer who finds efficiencies, reduces waste, and grows profitability without sacrificing quality Exceptionally organized, fast moving, and detail oriented A clear communicator who follows through until the job is complete Motivated by impact and aware of how your work directly affects the P&L You’ll be responsible for: Managing inventory flow across Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time Forecasting demand and maintaining accurate models that translate marketing and revenue projections into inventory and supplier plans Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners to manage lead times, purchase orders, and freight schedules Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring orders move efficiently and cost effectively Monitoring operational KPIs such as inventory turnover, stockouts, freight costs, and fulfillment accuracy Identifying process improvements and cost efficiencies that directly impact profitability Supporting broader operational projects that keep autobrush running efficiently, from product launches to light IP enforcement tasks Communicating regularly with cross-functional teams to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned Reporting operational performance to leadership and recommending actions that improve margins and reliability You’re not responsible for: Managing a large team. You will collaborate across departments and with external partners, but this is a hands-on role focused on execution and results. Setting high level company strategy. Your work ensures the strategy can be executed efficiently and profitably. Handling customer service or marketing operations. Your focus is on supply chain, forecasting, and operational excellence.
