Our company seeks a visionary leader to spearhead our Product Strategy. As Fractional Head of Product, you will develop and execute a scalable framework that empowers teams to achieve clarity and drive growth. Develop Strategic Frameworks: Create and implement a Scalable Ownership Framework that groups projects into logical pods and establishes standards, rituals, and roles. Mentor & Empower Leaders: Provide direct guidance and coaching to Solution (Tech) Leads and Delivery Coordinators, upskilling them in project ownership. Conduct Portfolio Audits: Regularly review portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with the product vision. Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Work closely with client-facing engagement and delivery leads to champion product quality, technical excellence, and process integrity.
