About the Job We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations at a major airport. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring that all guest touchpoints deliver exceptional quality, efficiency, and hospitality. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction across all services. They will oversee daily operations, develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor performance metrics, and ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of the airport industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of daily operations, including partner lounges Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred) Fluency in English (Portuguese and Spanish are also required)10+ years of experience in senior management, preferably in hotels or airport operations Strong understanding of airport infrastructure and regulatory environments in Central and South America Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen
