No time de Atendimento da Grana, somos responsáveis por construir e manter um relacionamento próximo com os investidores que utilizam nossas soluções. Acompanhamos de forma consultiva todas as etapas da jornada do cliente, garantindo uma experiência única e personalizada.
Procuramos uma pessoa comunicativa, com habilidade para ouvir ativamente e que tenha interesse em aprimorar suas competências em atendimento ao cliente de maneira humanizada. Se isso te descreve, essa vaga é para você 🫵
Para esta posição, é essencial que você tenha interesse, seja pessoal ou profissional, no mercado financeiro e em investimentos, especialmente na bolsa de valores.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Realizar atendimento aos clientes, através de chats do aplicativo;
- Prezar sempre pelo atendimento humanizado e personalizado ao cliente.
- Acompanhar, encaminhar e redirecionar problemas de acordo com os processos criados para a área;
- Auxiliar o cliente durante toda jornada de atendimento até a resolução de qualquer problema relatado;
- Analisar dados e cenários para otimização de processos da área, visando agilidade e qualidade para gerar sempre a melhor experiência para o nosso público.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
- Cursando graduação em Comunicação, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
- Bom domínio da Língua Portuguesa;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
- Proatividade, nós pensamos e agimos como donos;
- Capacidade analítica para lidar com números;
Será um diferencial:
- Conhecimento prévio, pessoal ou profissional, em investimento na bolsa de valores.
