About HotMic HotMic builds AI-powered video creation workflows that help creators and media teams produce high-quality content faster and more efficiently. We operate our own platform and also work closely with large enterprise customers to deliver custom, high-impact solutions. Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer to work directly with one major enterprise customer. This is a hands-on role involving both full-stack JavaScript development and customer-facing support. You will gather requirements, develop and ship customer-specific features, resolve issues, and keep the customer updated through calls and messages. You’ll also participate in our regular engineering sprints alongside other developers and product staff. Responsibilities Develop and deliver features tailored to a large enterprise customer. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Communicate directly with the customer via calls and messages. Work within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain clear, fluent English communication. Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written). Senior-level full-stack JavaScript experience. Experience working in structured team sprints. Background working with enterprise customers or complex implementations. Comfortable in a mixed engineering + support role. Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
