Job Overview: The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients, field teams, and leadership. This position demands a proactive, detail-obsessed, and customer-centric individual who excels in fast-paced environments. The coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing client interactions, scheduling installations, and maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders. Own the customer experience: aiming for exceeded expectations rather than mere satisfaction Effectively manage calls with customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication and a friendly tone Schedule, confirm, or reschedule installations with precision, showcasing logistical expertise Notify customers of their time windows and maintain transparency throughout the process Dispatch routes and job assignments to technicians for the next day, optimizing efficiency Provide real-time updates to customers on technician ETA's, fostering trust and reliability Respond to emails and assist incoming calls as needed, demonstrating adaptability and support Address escalated situations with confidence, empathy, and a calm demeanor, resolving issues efficiently Maintain consistent communication with clients and business partners to ensure alignment and mutual understanding
