Casting Calls: Coordinate post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions. Audition Management: Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for producer review. Talent Booking: Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the talent booking process. Casting Database: Maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles. Collaboration: Collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules. Content Production: Produce and direct assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals. Host: Host episodes on YouTube, being on camera as an interviewer. Build strong relationships with talent to foster positive creative collaborations and ensure smooth productions. Project Management: Track deadlines, legal requirements, and production specifications for timely and cost-effective delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and its trends. Experience working with talent, agencies, and managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in data management and analysis.
