Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe role of this position plays a pivotal part in achieving recruitment success across various teams.This job involves high autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality, timely hires in a competitive market.Main Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles — from intake through offer.Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs, build strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability.Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, smooth process flow, and alignment with our brand.Key Qualifications:5–10 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally across technical and go-to-market roles.Proven success recruiting in the LATAM region, with a strong understanding of local talent markets.Fluent in both English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.Skilled in sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like Recruiter.
