Teaching Spanish at High School Level: Develop and deliver engaging language instruction to enhance students' linguistic, cultural, and academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues and engage with families to foster a collaborative learning environment. Communicate effectively with team members regarding planning, assessment, communication with parents, curriculum development, and classroom issues. Supervise students during breaks or transitions and coordinate class activities, language-learning projects, or cultural experiences. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, lesson planning, assessment, reporting, and parent communication. Establish effective communication with families to inform them of student progress and classroom expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field. Valid teaching certification/license. IB training and certification. Desirable: Master's degree in Language or a related discipline, experience teaching Spanish at the high school level, and professional experience teaching IB Language A: Language & Literature or Literature.
