Developing Workforce Capability As a seasoned professional in Training and Development, you'll have the opportunity to drive transformative change within an organization. This role involves designing and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, productivity, and overall workforce capability. Owning the full lifecycle of training and development initiatives to strengthen organizational performance and capability. Assessing skill gaps and business needs to create targeted learning programs that address performance challenges and boost workforce effectiveness. Designing and scaling programs that accelerate internal mobility, strengthen functional talent pipelines, and build leadership readiness. Partnering with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with department goals, driving both capability building and measurable business impact. Creating engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Implementing post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learning to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application. Tracking and continuously improving key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion and application rates, and talent readiness for future roles. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Deep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace. Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact. Ability to understand complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ]]>
