Job Title: Enablement Process Manager This is a key role within our organization, responsible for maintaining the operational backbone behind our internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance. Key Responsibilities: Process Documentation & Knowledge Extraction Interview team members, shadow workflows, and extract tribal knowledge to translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules. Maintain an organized, version-controlled process repository to ensure internal methodologies are accurately documented and regularly updated. Template Governance & Content Maintenance Own the lifecycle and organization of templates, ensuring consistency, version control, and internal standards for all materials. Audit and update templates on a defined cadence to maintain a centralized template library that is easy for consultants to access and navigate. Training Curriculum & LMS Development Convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules, building quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows. Maintain curriculum versions and ensure training content remains aligned to current methodology, supporting training execution logistics. Onboarding Coordination Build a structured onboarding flow for new consultants, ensuring every new hire follows the correct learning path and completes required modules. Track onboarding progress and report on readiness or gaps, providing execution support to team members leading training sessions. Learning Path Compliance & Monitoring Track consultant participation in learning paths, following up on incomplete modules and escalating when needed. Maintain dashboards or tracking sheets for enablement completion, ensuring training compliance is consistently monitored and documented.
