Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – OT & Automation Maintenance Location: Campos Novos Unit – Santa Catarina Work modality: On-site Contract type: 6-month service agreement (renewable) Schedule: Business hours (08:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., Monday to Friday) Role Objective A multifunctional professional responsible for strengthening cybersecurity in industrial automation (OT) environments and providing maintenance and technical support for PLCs, ensuring the security and continuity of industrial operations. Main Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the security of OT assets and networks by applying updates, managing patches, antivirus, and backups. Configure and administer industrial protection tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Ensure compliance with internal OT security policies and regulations. Support programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLCs, guaranteeing operational continuity of automation systems. Keep technical documentation updated regarding configurations, assets, and procedures. Mandatory Requirements: Education: Engineer or Technician in Automation, or Technologist in Industrial Automation. Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA), and OT security. Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, industrial antivirus, and PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider). Valid NR-10 certification. Languages: Native Portuguese (mandatory) + advanced English + advanced Spanish (preferred). Desirable Qualifications: Experience with SCADA, HMI, and industrial Ethernet networks. Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GICSP, or CySA+. Experience in global projects or complex OT/TA environments.
