Financial Aid Advisor We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Aid Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families throughout the financial aid application process. Determine eligibility for financial aid based on institutional, state, and federal requirements. Serve as a resource for students and staff regarding financial aid policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial aid services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in financial aid or a related area. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000. A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
