About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, providing technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders. Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness) Mentor and train team members Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities Define and enforce operational processes Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities Technical Expertise: SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks) High Availability setup (Unix/Windows) SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues Kickstart environment setup and maintenance End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients SAP version and EHP upgrades Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM) Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio) Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability Certifications Preferred: SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, OS/DB Migration Benefits We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a good integration between your work and personal life, with real flexibility.
