Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to manage our indirect tax compliance and planning in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brazilian taxation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external authorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage indirect tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns; Monitor tax compliance processes and collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met; Respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities; Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred; Significant experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning; Knowledge in Tax reform; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with different stakeholders;
