Job Opportunity: Senior Infrastructure Engineer We're developing cutting-edge AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing processes. These innovative solutions help healthcare clinics recover revenue and enhance patient care. You'll work closely with our founders to shape the architecture, implement features rapidly, and transform complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly products. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain robust infrastructure on AWS, focusing on networking, security, and scalability. Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform to ensure seamless deployment and management of applications. Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools. Develop observability, logging, metrics, and tracing capabilities to monitor system performance. Work with distributed systems, queues, and streaming technologies to build scalable architectures. Maintain a startup mindset, prioritizing autonomy, speed, and ownership in your work. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Go or Python for infrastructure tooling. Knowledge of ML/AI infrastructure, including model serving and GPUs. Familiarity with healthcare technology, HIPAA/PHI regulations, and standards like HL7/FHIR/X12.
