Job Title: Advanced Technical Lead Description: Overview of the Role The position of Advanced Technical Lead is open for a highly skilled and experienced professional in software development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex applications using both frontend and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using various programming languages and frameworks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with junior developers to mentor, guide, and review their code to ensure high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our existing infrastructure and systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Python and proficiency in React, including State Management libraries like MobX and Redux. Expert-level skills in MongoDB and MySQL, as well as deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions.
