Reliability Expert Wanted As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our systems. Your role involves handling major incidents, performing in-depth troubleshooting on applications, managing critical issue response system (CIRS) requests, and enhancing monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk. Handling major incidents via CIRS and providing frequent updates until resolution is achieved. Conducting in-depth application troubleshooting to identify preventive actions and optimize system performance. Managing CIRS-related requests including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes to ensure seamless system operations. Following up on major production incidents and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key requirements include: Extensive experience in DevOps and Production Support environments. Proficiency in automation and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred) to leverage their scalability and reliability features. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to provide real-time insights into system performance.
