Job Overview We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data science endeavors. As the Head of Data Science, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in machine learning model development and deployment. Key Responsibilities Leverage advanced machine learning techniques to analyze complex student audience behavior and optimize engagement strategies. Direct the design, development, and implementation of high-impact data products, including segmentation and propensity models. Establish rigorous processes for model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring in production environments. Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support all phases of the ML lifecycle. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related analytical/leadership role. Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists or ML engineers. Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models in a commercial setting. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Nice-to-Haves Experience with media modeling audiences and digital lookalike techniques. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI. Credentials and Experience PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
