Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python, React) MetaCTO – AI Developer – Remote MetaCTO helps companies design, build, and scale high-impact software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows. We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python, React) to build client-facing applications, internal platforms, and AI-enabled automation features across our product portfolio. You'll work on backend services, frontend experiences, system integrations, and intelligent workflows that support MetaCTO's delivery teams and customers. What You'll Do Backend (Python) • Build backend services, APIs, and automation workflows in Python • Integrate applications with external systems, developer platforms, and CI/CD pipelines • Implement AI-assisted features using LLMs and model-serving APIs • Work with automation and orchestration frameworks to streamline internal processes • Implement structured logging, observability, and diagnostics • Contribute to architecture design and scalability decisions Frontend (React) • Build responsive, high-quality UIs in React and TypeScript • Create intuitive UX for data-rich features, dashboards, and internal tools • Build interfaces for automation controls, AI-driven outputs, and system insights • Collaborate with design to simplify complex technical workflows • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and real-time services What We're Looking For • 5+ years of engineering experience across backend and frontend • Strong Python expertise with FastAPI, Flask, async programming, and API design • Strong React and TypeScript experience with modern component patterns • Experience integrating with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, or other dev platforms • Familiarity with automation workflows, orchestration tools, or agent frameworks • Hands-on experience with AI models, LLM APIs, or prompt-based systems • Strong understanding of automated testing, code quality, and observability • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment • Clear written communication skills Bonus Points • Experience with microservices, serverless workflows, or complex API ecosystems • AWS experience or certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer • Background in cloud architecture or technical leadership • Fluent English Why Join Us • Remote-first culture with a focus on autonomy and deep technical work • High-ownership role with direct impact on architecture and product direction • Opportunity to build real AI-enabled features used across client projects • Work with modern frameworks, LLMs, and emerging AI automation tools • Competitive compensation How to Apply Send your resume or profile along with a short note on why this role aligns with your experience and interests.
