Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizational Optimization: Work with business leaders to develop efficient organizational structures that align with our company goals. Conduct regular diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 2. Talent Development: Foster a culture of talent development by utilizing review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods. Build strong talent pipelines and succession plans for our business departments. 3. Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of our corporate culture and values within the department. Organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate our philosophy and values. 4. Strategic Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of our business strategy. Participate in strategy formulation and execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of HR experience; international team experience is preferred. Fluent English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Strong logical thinking, learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
