Job Title: Production Planning Control Coordinator As a seasoned logistics expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production planning and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the materials planning team and foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance visibility and control over planning operations. Lead the materials planning team, providing continuous feedback and development support. Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning. Support the implementation and evolution of digital tools and automation for planning processes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance visibility and control over planning operations. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of production planning data supporting 100% System Driven Planning and proper governance of planning-related information. Maintain alignment with global planning guidelines and support the implementation of best practices. Coordinate quarterly master data updates such as Safety Stock, MOQ, Lot Size, and PDT to maximize efficiencies and minimize inventory cost while increasing service level. Define inventory models, targets, and optimization opportunities. Analyze production planning KPIs, inventory levels, and capacity constraints to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Netops, Logistics, and External Partners) to optimize planning processes and execute supply network strategies. Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing strategic optimizations. Manage SLOB, write-off, and scrap projections driving proactive measures. Ensure accuracy in inventory projections and reconciliation. Requirements To succeed in this challenging role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field. Substantial experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles. Exceptional communication skills. Able to work effectively with data, analytics, and AI. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Google Collaboration Tools, DOMO, and other relevant software.
