Job Title: Production Planning Control Coordinator Job Description: The Production Planning Control Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring material availability to support production plans and product launches. This position requires strong analytical capability and cross-functional interaction. This role involves people leadership, focusing on team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities: Lead the production planning team, fostering technical and behavioral development, providing continuous feedback and development support. Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement and continuous learning. Support the implementation and evolution of digital tools and automation for planning processes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance visibility and control over planning operations. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of production planning data supporting 100% System Driven Planning and proper governance of planning-related information. Maintain alignment with global planning guidelines and support the implementation of best practices. Coordinate quarterly master data updates such as Safety Stock, MOQ, Lot Size and PDT to maximize efficiencies and minimize inventory cost while increasing service level. Define inventory models, targets, and optimization opportunities. Analyze production planning KPIs, inventory levels, and capacity constraints to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Netops, Logistics and External Partners) to optimize planning processes and execute supply network strategies. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process optimizations. Manage Slob, write-off and scrap projections driving preventive actions. Ensure accuracy in inventory projections and reconciliation. ,
