Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the material availability to support production plans and product launches, with a strong analytical focus and cross-functional interaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of planners, focusing on their technical and behavioral development, providing continuous feedback and development support Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement and continuous learning within the planning department Support the implementation and evolution of digital tools and automation for planning processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency gains Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance visibility and control over planning operations, driving data-driven decision-making Maintain alignment with global planning guidelines and standards, supporting the implementation of best practices across the organization Coordinate quarterly master data updates, such as Safety Stock, MOQ, Lot Size and PDT, to maximize efficiencies and minimize inventory costs while increasing service levels Analyze production planning KPIs, inventory levels, and capacity constraints to identify areas for improvement and optimize planning processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and execute supply network strategies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process optimizations, driving process excellence Manage Slob, write-off and scrap projections, driving preventive actions to minimize losses and ensure accurate inventory projections and reconciliation Evaluate and improve planning processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in production planning data and implementing corrective actions as needed Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field Solid experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles, with a proven track record of success Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work with data, analytics and AI, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization Advanced English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Google Collaboration Tools, DOMO and other digital tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly
