Supply Chain Optimization Lead

Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist Are you a data-driven professional with experience in logistics and supply chain management? We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Solution Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations. Results-Oriented: Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the internet/logistics/O2O industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
