The Role The External Operation Supply Chain Leader drives the strategy for Wella Company’s Brazil Third‑Party Manufacturing (TPM) network, supporting both Retail Hair and Professional businesses. Acting as a virtual plant manager, this role ensures alignment between category objectives and TPM goals, optimizing performance across Service, Quality, Cost, and Cash while fostering a quality‑driven, cost‑efficient, and agile external manufacturing network. This position also leads a cross‑functional team to execute initiatives that enable market success. The Site Initiative Leader (SIL), responsible for innovation, technical readiness, and Supply Network Design projects, reports to the Brazil Supply Chain Leader. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute Brazil TPM strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Influence category leadership and foster cross‑functional partnerships. Operational Excellence Drive TPM efficiency across supply chain, quality, cost, and cash. Lead Supply Network Design initiatives, including TPM qualification and integration design. TPM & Supply Chain Management Oversee new supply setups and transitions. Co‑lead TPM master planning and footprint optimization with Procurement. Lead cost‑saving initiatives and loss analysis. Ensure timely responses to Cost & Feasibility requests. Risk & Business Continuity Own Business Continuity Planning and resolve escalated operational challenges. Innovation & Technical Readiness Manage end‑to‑end supply chain readiness for new initiatives. Coordinate project kick‑offs, trials, and technical system set‑ups. Ensure OTIF delivery and quality at launch. Core Accountability Areas Service: Ensure agile TPM execution and issue mitigation. Cost: Optimize cost per unit and implement savings initiatives. Quality: Drive TPM quality performance and proactive planning. Cash: Improve lead times, MOQs, and manage liabilities. Compliance: Maintain internal controls and BCP programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred). Solid experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in end‑to‑end supply chain operations and project management. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP. Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights and develop data‑driven recommendations. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
