About Position

Responsible for:

- Lead LATAM Supply Team to support the business and operations strategies.
- Partner with Regional Commercial team to effectively deliver annual customer and financial commitments while enhancing long term customer service performance and delivery.
- Defines supply orders and inventory projections based on approved demand planning process. Approve plans within S&OP monthly cycle with leadership team. Execute orders, monitor production and shipment processes.
- Manage inbound/outbound freight processes and warehousing activities for Tate & Lyle Brazil with internal team and logistics service providers.
- Manage import/export process.

Main Accountabilities
- Manage LATAM Customer Service team, which includes Customer Service, Foreign Trade, Logistics and Warehouse.
- Participate actively on the demand planning process.
- Conduct monthly Supply Review based on S&OP.
- Develop/implement KPIs to monitor appropriate level of inventory, customer service level and financial targets.
- Coordinate logistics inbound/outbound activities, including freight cost control and third part logistics performance for Primient Brazil. Monitor performance and work with local teams to improve results by defining applicable actions plans.
- Implement internal and external processes and controls to satisfy company needs to minimize costs related to the logistics of the operation.
- Communicate within the organization any supply constraint, availability issues or cost impact. Make all information available to feed S&OP cycle.
- Build an agenda to be connected with the Global Supply Chain team.
- Support I2P processes related to SAP system when needed.
- Maximize use of SAP MRP tool (where applicable).

Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or related areas.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (logistics and/or planning area).
- S&OP process experience.
- Logistics exposure.
- Demand & Planning, Supply and Inventory Management experience.
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
- Fluent English is required.
