External Fulfilment - Sales Operation , External Fulfilment Brazil We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations Manager to act as an Individual Contributor for the Brazil External Fulfillment (EF) team to drive long‑term business growth. The role is a hands‑on, data‑driven self‑starter with proven leadership experience who can help measure and optimize business operations while influencing strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and scalable solutions. This individual contributor role reports to the Head of External Fulfilment Leader in Brazil. Key Responsibilities Lead annual EF goal recommendations, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities for External Fulfillment channels. Drive the financial model to support growth strategies. Design and implement strategic change plans across the sales organization. Own selection strategy plan for EF. Develop and maintain forecasting models, metrics, and dashboards. Support Generative AI initiatives to unlock data‑driven insights. Provide visibility to senior management on business operations and customer segment performance through metrics and dashboards. Create scalable solutions for new initiatives while maintaining customer focus. Build deep understanding of EF processes, tools, data, and team dynamics. Drive sales organization readiness, including selection planning and investment guidance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incubate and implement new programs. Partner with BR 3P field sales teams on strategic initiatives. Identify operational gaps and lead high‑impact improvement projects. Basic Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent. English and Portuguese proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
