Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to contribute their expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications across multiple modules. This role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and hands-on development experience. Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) using various modules. Implement complex customizations using scripting languages (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Lead instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Requirements and Qualifications Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize instance performance and adhere to best practices.
