Principais responsabilidades - Liderar a estratégia de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento, conectando as iniciativas às metas do negócio e à transformação digital da companhia. - Desenvolver e implementar programas de capacitação técnica, comportamental e de liderança, com foco em competências para o futuro. - Gerenciar os ciclos de avaliação de performance, calibragem e planejamento de sucessão, garantindo equidade e consistência global. - Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de RH, Tecnologia e Negócios para mapear necessidades, propor soluções e medir resultados. - Conduzir projetos globais e locais em parceria com stakeholders internacionais, garantindo aderência às diretrizes e cultura organizacional. - Gerenciar indicadores de L&D e Talent Management, realizando análises de impacto e propondo ações com base em dados. - Coordenar fornecedores, plataformas e ferramentas de aprendizagem (LMS, academias corporativas, etc.). - Fomentar uma cultura de feedback, protagonismo e desenvolvimento contínuo em todos os níveis da organização. Requisitos obrigatórios - Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogia Empresarial ou áreas correlatas. - Inglês fluente (comunicação recorrente com times globais). - Experiência consolidada em Learning & Development e Talent Management em empresas do setor de Tecnologia da Informação ou ambientes altamente digitais. - Histórico comprovado em liderança de times, projetos complexos e gestão de stakeholders. - Conhecimento em metodologias de aprendizagem corporativa, avaliação de desempenho, plano de sucessão, e desenvolvimento de liderança. - Habilidade analítica, visão estratégica e foco em resultados. Diferenciais - Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Educação Corporativa, Inovação ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência com ambientes multiculturais e projetos globais. - Vivência com design instrucional, ferramentas de learning experience, e metodologias ágeis aplicadas à educação corporativa.
