Context :

The “marketing & product” division brings together 17 people, in different functions: product development, technical-functional pre-sales, economic analysts, analysts & manufacturers relations, and marketing offers & strategy.

The “IoT - marketing offers & strategy” team is made up of 4 people. Each person on the team develops their knowledge, defines relevant offers, identifies distribution channels and manages operational marketing for their market segment (mobility, workplace or IoT).

The head of the “marketing offers & strategy” team has 12 years of experience in marketing and strategy in the telecommunications sector in wholesale and IoT. The team is made up of profiles with 2 to 14 years of experience.

This recruitment aims to take a new step in the Brazilian market and drive an acceleration in the development of IoT commercial activity in this market.

Your mission :

As Product Marketing Manager at Transatel, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a growth plan in the Brazilian market while maintaining a short and long term vision and ensuring operational efficiency.

Your main missions will be:

- Market strategy

o Prioritize growth pockets (industries, use cases, geographies) to be activated and plan them

o Development of an operational vision over a 3 to 6 month horizon (in strong interaction with commerce and communication – operational marketing) as well as defining and embodying growth drivers over a 2 to 3 year horizon and the projects to be undertaken today to get the most out of it

- Distribution channels

o You quickly become an expert able to simply define the contacts and purchasing prescribers for your market

o You thus define the most relevant distribution channels for each of the identified growth pockets (direct, indirect sales) and define, in close collaboration with commerce and communication - operational marketing, the means to grow our notoriety and address this walk.

o You are proactive and identify partners, resellers or key prospects to address

- Market knowledge

o Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market associated with the growth pockets you have defined

o You influence the product roadmap by presenting to the product development team

o Implement effective benchmarking and analysis tools, in collaboration with your colleagues

- Offers & operational efficiency

o You are responsible for defining pricing, and packaging the functionality that you demonstrate as relevant

o You monitor your P&L and are proactive in optimizing (customer acquisition costs, support offers, etc.)

- Sales support

o You are responsible for commercial supports, contracts

o You train salespeople

o You support salespeople in identifying key prospect issues in order to define the most relevant offers based on the proven needs of your prospects.

You will work closely with other members of the team to capitalize on their respective expertise as well as across the organization.

Your daily contacts will be the sales, pre-sales, product development, communications – operational marketing teams.

As a guarantor of operational efficiency, you will also interact in “project mode” with the support, finance, legal and regulatory teams.

Your Profile :

You have 4 years (or more) of experience in a similar role

- You are fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, allowing you to work effectively in an international environment and more specifically on the Brazilian market.

Our recruitment process :

At Transatel, we strive to have an efficient global process to finalise our recruitments as quickly as possible (around 3 weeks).

Here are the different stages in the recruitment process:

- 1st HR contact by telephone

- Interviews: A Manager/HR interview + one or more operational or technical interviews

- An online personality test

- An HR call presenting the offer of collaboration in detail, followed by receipt of the offer by email

- Welcome & onboarding process
