Job Description About the Role We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead complex investigations and reinforce our financial crime prevention framework in Brazil. This role will require the candidate to conduct in-depth, intelligence-led investigations into high-risk money laundering, sanctions, fraud, and organized crime cases involving customers in Brazil. The successful candidate will act as the core investigative expert for the Brazilian market, bringing their senior expertise to secure our operations and conduct deep-dive analyses. They will identify emerging ML/TF typologies across various products, translate findings into actionable insights, and contribute to FinCrime governance forums. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented investigator to make a significant impact on our financial crime prevention efforts in Brazil. 7+ years of experience leading complex AML and fraud investigations within a financial institution or fintech Solid understanding of BCB and COAF frameworks, including SAR requirements, sanctions, and fraud-reporting obligations Expertise in reading and interpreting transaction data, using SQL, Looker, or equivalent tools to detect typologies and outliers Able to prepare clear, defensible reports and narratives for regulatory filings and internal governance forums Benefits As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about preventing financial crime.
