Cloud Expert for Large-Scale Transformation Join a leading consultancy delivering a transformative project for a global aviation organisation. As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure to improve the reliability and efficiency of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud deployments using AWS technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled DevOps engineer looking to expand their skills and knowledge in cloud computing and join a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and optimise cloud infrastructure using AWS services. Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and administer Linux/Windows systems. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling with Python. Monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems using Grafana and Prometheus. Ensure networking, security, and reliability: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, certificate management, and compliance. Technical Requirements: AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, RDS). Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions). Automation tooling (Python). Distributed systems monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
