Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our commercial strategy and lead high-performing teams in the hospitality industry. About This Opportunity The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Marketing, with a proven track record in driving commercial results and managing P&L structures. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential for both written and spoken communication. Experience in Sales leadership within international hotel brands is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive business growth and revenue. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives and improve market presence. Drive commercial analytics and revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Marketing required. Proven track record in driving commercial results and managing P&L structures. Fluency in English and Portuguese essential for both written and spoken communication.
