Buscamos um(a) Customer Success Manager (Outcomes Manager) para atuar como parceiro(a) consultivo(a) de negócios, conectando objetivos de clientes a resultados estratégicos e mensuráveis.
Principais desafios:
Garantir ROI, NRR e adoção contínua das soluções.
Liderar QBRs e reuniões executivas em nível C-Level.
Antecipar riscos de churn e cocriar propostas de valor.
Trabalhar em conjunto com Vendas, Produto e Operações para impulsionar expansão e retenção.
Requisitos:
Experiência em gestão de projetos e Customer Success.
Forte visão de negócio e habilidade em comunicação executiva.
Inglês avançado.
Diferenciais: vivência em SaaS/Tech, certificações (PMP, CSPO, SuccessHacker) e experiência em Value Selling.
