Job Description The Email Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic and executional marketing initiatives. This multi-channel performance-based marketing expert develops and executes impactful communication campaigns informed by data-driven insights and market research. Responsibilities include: Building and managing automated email campaigns and workflows personalized or targeted by customer segments. Defining the ideal consumer profile, planning to collect and segment data, and developing tracking and reporting infrastructure. Collaborating with other channel owners for consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums. Key skills and qualifications include: 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting cycle. 3+ years of experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred). Strong analytical skills with a passion for experimentation via split tests. Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead, influence, engage, and partner with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or associated studies. C1 or C2 English proficiency level.
