Overview of the role: In the role of Prompt Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for leading our efforts in NLP, Generative-AI, and ML to elevate our platform to new heights.
This pivotal position requires setting standards for prompt engineering across all teams, significantly improving performance, and playing a crucial role in multiple projects within the organization.
The successful candidate will work primarily with LLM and NLP, collaborating with top-talent developers and updating legacy systems to embrace the new age of development.
This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in prompt engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence in AI and machine learning.
Key responsibilities:
Proposing, building, and executing best practices for LLM projects, maximizing performance and competitiveness.
Auditing and improving prompts across multiple projects to ensure optimal LLM outputs.
Training and mentoring other teams on prompt engineering best practices.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective prompt strategies.
Serving as a cross-team subject matter expert, guiding LLM implementation and optimization.
Playing a key role in making LLM projects outperform legacy systems.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 5 years of overall experience in relevant fields, with 2+ years in prompt engineering, 3+ years in machine learning, and 2+ years with large language models (LLMs).
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
Additional Skills: Experience with big data technologies is a plus.
