Service Operations Director

About This Role This is a high-level service management position focused on driving growth and customer satisfaction through effective operations management. Manages all aspects of the service center, including staff supervision and coordination; Develops and implements strategies to resolve complex business problems; Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and meet changing customer needs; Responsible for developing and maintaining local services and accessories networks; Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty; Conducts market research to identify competitive products and trends; Analyzes failure data to inform product improvement initiatives; Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives; Mentors and coaches junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise; Identifies and selects high-quality partners and service stations in the local market; Evaluates existing service station operations and provides recommendations for improvement; Assists in developing service policies and procedures for key customers; Gathers market intelligence on competitor products and services; Provides technical support to local service stations as needed; Reports progress and accomplishments to leadership regularly; Performs other related tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; At least 5 years of experience in diesel engine sales and marketing; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Proven ability to achieve sales targets; Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Experience with channel development and network setup; Good planning and organizational skills.
