About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Service Operations Director to spearhead our service activities in key markets. Key Responsibilities Service Center Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our service centers, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers. Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business challenges. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Network Development: Develop and optimize local services and accessories networks to meet customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution. Market Research: Conduct research on competitive products in local markets to stay informed and adapt our offerings accordingly. Failure Analysis: Analyze failures and recommend product improvements to maintain high-quality standards. Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical projects and ensure timely completion. Talent Development: Coach and mentor junior technicians and engineers to develop their skills and knowledge. Partnership Development: Identify potential partners and select high-quality service stations or accessory agents to expand our network. Operational Assessment: Regularly assess the operational status of existing local service stations to identify areas for improvement. Service Policy Development: Gather valuable market information and develop or update service policies to meet evolving customer needs. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to local service stations to ensure they have the necessary support to deliver high-quality services.
