Tik Tok Talent Agent We are seeking an experienced and driven talent agent to lead our recruitment efforts and discover the next generation of Brazilian streaming stars. About Us As a leading TikTok-partnered agency in Brazil, we specialize in incubating and managing top-tier content creators. Our deep local market insights and official TikTok resources help creators grow their audience and maximize monetization. Your Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit high-potential Brazilian TikTok live streamers/creators. Proactively reach out and introduce live streamers to our agency, managing the initial negotiation and onboarding process. Buid and maintain strong relationships with creators, offering continuous support for their growth and success. What We Are Looking For A university degree or equivalent practical experience. 1+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok talent scouting, live streamer recruitment, or related fields. Strong understanding of the Brazilian live-streaming ecosystem and TikTok platform dynamics. Native or fluent in Brazilian Portuguese; professional working proficiency in English for cross-regional communication. Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
