Talent Acquisition Specialist Wanted We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent scouting efforts and identify top Brazilian TikTok creators. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting high-potential Brazilian TikTok entertainment live streamers/creators. Proactively establish relationships with live streamers, manage initial negotiations, and onboard new talent. Built and maintain strong relationships with creators, offering continuous support to foster their growth and success. Requirements: University degree or equivalent practical experience. 1+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok talent scouting, live streamer recruitment, or related fields. Strong understanding of the Brazilian live-streaming ecosystem and TikTok platform dynamics. Native or fluent in Brazilian Portuguese; professional working proficiency in English for cross-regional communication. Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, confident, and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate will have A proven track record of successful talent acquisition. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
