Responsibilities Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the hardline category. Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign. Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own. Discover new collaborative opportunities that fit into partners' short‑term and long‑term development plans. Maintain service quality provided by partners – low cancellation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction. Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client‑facing capacity. 3+ years relevant working experience. Fluent in English and Portuguese, good communication and collaboration skills when working cross‑functionally in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in in‑category management at a large partner, agency side, or another company with specialization in consumables; the hardline category is preferred. Strong sense of social content (livestream and short‑video is a preference), practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learning. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
