Business Analysis Specialist The Business Analysis Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This professional analyzes and interprets business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives. Main Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis and Specification Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team. Create wireframes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions. Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution effectiveness. Solution Design and Testing Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company goals. Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Stakeholder Management and Leadership Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Foster open communication and collaboration to drive project success. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Risk Management and Budgeting Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects, minimizing potential impact on the organization. Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Documentation and Support Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials to facilitate adoption and usage of technology solutions. Provide ongoing technical support, resolving system problems and incidents promptly. Continuous Improvement Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents, implementing improvements to enhance overall system performance. Participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. Requirements Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Languages Advanced English and/or French language proficiency. This role requires working closely with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver effective technology solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency. ]]>
