Senior Performance Video Content Creator We're looking for a seasoned professional to create high-quality, engaging performance video content at scale. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives and editing videos will be essential in driving our marketing campaigns forward. Key Responsibilities: Create short-form ad scripts (UGC style, narration, simple scenes, strong hooks) Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content creation Edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and deliver finished assets ready for launch Utilize AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voiceovers, captions, and variations efficiently Develop and maintain a repeatable workflow using AI tools for speed and efficiency Organize deliverables cleanly (folders, versions, naming, notes) Requirements: A portfolio of viral videos, ad creatives, or short-form edits demonstrating your expertise Strong English language skills and ability to write like a real US consumer talks Familiarity with basic copywriting principles (hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA) Proficiency in editing quickly in CapCut (or similar) and maintaining pacing Experience using AI tools to create videos at scale (not just one-offs) A growth mindset, willingness to learn from mistakes, and adaptability Benefits: Competitive pay and profit share based on skill and output, with clear opportunities for growth as you produce consistent winners.
