About this Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Producer to help us create engaging content for social platforms.You'll work with raw user-generated content, creator footage, and internal material to produce high-quality short-form videos that fit the modern aesthetic of TikTok and Instagram.This is a hands-on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and a strong understanding of platform-native video styles.Responsibilities:Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platformsAdd captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native stylingProduce multiple variations of each conceptWork with raw UGC footage from creatorsCollaborate with the team to execute creative ideasOrganize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targetsStay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, formats, and editing stylesRequirements:Proven experience editing TikTok/Reels-style short-form contentStrong proficiency in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similarGood sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythmAbility to produce content quickly and consistentlyPortfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos requiredCreative thinker with strong attention to detailOrganized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration1–3 years editing short-form TikTok/UGC-style contentFast, iterative editing styleNice-to-Haves:Experience working with creators/influencersUnderstanding of fitness/wellness contentMotion graphics or text animation skillsBasic understanding of social performance metricsBenefits:Opportunity to work on a variety of creative projectsChance to collaborate with a talented teamFlexible work environmentWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentThe opportunity to grow and develop your skillsA competitive compensation package
