Job Title: Agile Project Facilitator We are seeking a skilled facilitator to join our team as an Agile Project Facilitator. About the Opportunity This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. The successful candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. They will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Support and guide Scrum teams Partner with enterprise Agile Coaches to improve team performance Implement and adopt SAFe practices Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus Experience working with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Benefits Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Comfortable collaborating with teams across multiple regions
