Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering collaboration among team members. Responsibilities: Familiarize yourself with Scrum and Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Lean principles; Develop basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira and Trello; Gain understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments; Stay eager to learn and grow in project management and cloud technology areas; Refine advanced proficiency in English language communication; Certification, e.g., Certified Scrum Master, is a plus but not required; Ensure at least 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Project Coordinator or similar role; Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English); Highlight experience in project management as a valuable asset; Ability to manage multiple Scrum Calls and Teams together effectively; Good understanding of Consumer retail Business fundamentals; Well-versed in using Jira for project management purposes.
