Dynamic Video Content Producer

We are seeking an exceptional Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that drives results. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in editing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and is proficient in industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. They possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Transform raw footage into engaging video ads Develop a deep understanding of direct response mechanics and algorithm-friendly editing patterns Collaborate with our creative strategist to test new concepts and iterate on existing ones Leverage AI-enhanced workflow tools to maximize output without sacrificing quality Requirements: 2+ years of experience editing for DTC/eCommerce brands Strong level of fluent English fluency Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects Demonstrated ability to produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality Preferred Qualifications: Motion design skills (After Effects, Cinema 4D) Familiarity with CapCut, Descript, or AI editing tools Portuguese + English fluency What We Offer: Transparent compensation tied to ad performance metrics Career growth opportunities with clear paths for advancement Direct access to campaign metrics for real-time feedback Professional setup with premium stock libraries and AI tools How to Apply: Submit your current CV/resume Share a link to your portfolio featuring 3-5 best DTC ads Briefly explain which ad performed best and why you think it worked As a top performer, you can expect to earn 20-30% above base salary.
