About Our Opportunity We're a premium Pay-Per-Lead company dedicated to providing high-quality, inbound, motivated seller leads for real estate investors. Our team is ambitious, results-driven, and focused on winning. The Position We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Onboarding Specialist to sell motivated seller leads to both inbound and outbound prospects, manage their pipeline, and serve as a key point of contact. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, great English, and the ability to build rapport quickly. It's best suited for individuals with at least one year of experience in commission-based sales. Main Responsibilities Conduct onboarding calls, schedule new appointments, and nurture leads in the pipeline Manage and optimize our CRM to enhance lead tracking, segmentation, and conversion Analyze lead data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and outreach Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of all client interactions Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance and refine processes Requirements 1+ years of commission sales experience Strong English language proficiency 1+ years of CRM management experience (real estate or lead generation) Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable Strong problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive base pay with performance-based bonuses Remote-friendly work environment Clear paths for career advancement and professional development Supportive, high-performing team culture
